    Putting your quilt top and back in the mail shouldn't be a barrier to great longarming services.

    Take a Photo of your top

    Just in case it is lost! Oh no! This will also help us plan quilting designs and colors before arrival and document condition of your quilt.

    Fold and Waterproof

    Fold your quilt and backing neatly and place in a waterproof bag.

    Add an address label

    Before sealing the waterproof bag, add an label with my address and your address in case the box is damaged.

    Place in box

    Place the sealed bag in a box large enough for me to return your quilt to you.

    Seal box

    Seal box well. You may wish to place a piece of cardboard on top of your quilt so that when the box is opened, the quilt is not damaged. Don't ever use a knife to open your quilt box!

    Shipping and Tracking

    Ship the box with tracking and send me an email with the tracking number. Be sure to fill out the longarm quilting reservation form here!
