I'm Amy. Mad Scientist and Quilt Artist! I've worked in healthcare for years, and have turned to quilting to calm my busy mind. While I learned how to sew as soon as I could reach the pedals, I did not turn to quilting until my son was born in 2021. Sometimes, its enough to meet yourself where you are and just go up to your sewing machine to sew some 3" squares together to process your thoughts. (See the Halloween quilt in the photo to the right!) Quilting is meditative for me and it is a my joy to support my family through this work.
